  1. Crush the injection vials into small pieces, take an appropriate amount and place it in a mortar, insert the pestle, and strike the pestle hard once with a hammer.
  2. Transfer the glass from the mortar to the upper layer of the sieve set on the O sieve, and repeat the above operation.
  3. Vibrate the sieve set with a vibrating sieve machine (or shake the sieve set manually) for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the glass particles that pass through the A sieve but remain on the B sieve into a weighing bottle, with more than 10g as the standard, preparing a total of 3 samples.
  5. Use a magnet to remove iron filings from each sample of glass particles and transfer them into a 250ml conical flask.
  6. Wash the injection vial particles with anhydrous ethanol by swirling at least 6 times, 30ml each time, until the anhydrous ethanol is clear.
  7. Place the conical flask containing the glass particles on a heating plate to remove the residual anhydrous ethanol.
  8. Transfer to an oven to dry, take out, cool in a desiccator, and the storage time should not exceed 24 hours.
